At Frankie’s on the Park, we want you to love your new look; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Please note that sale items marked 40% off or greater are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
